  • Servicing can provide early detection of deteriorating parts that may fail in the near future.
  • Your carbon footprint can be reduced by the annual servicing of your boiler.
  • New boilers benefit from an annual service for the reasons listed above but they also require servicing to validate their manufacturer warranty.

PLEASE NOTE: We always recommend the installation of Carbon Monoxide Detectors in every home – regardless of how many gas appliances you have (even if you have none) or how new they are (including cookers).
